Recently we were lucky enough to be asked by the lovely people at Big Game Hunters to review their hexagonal sandpit.
We are fortunate enough to have a large garden and were really looking forward to the children having something new to occupy them while out there.

Big Game Hunters specialise in outdoor children's products, and have a wide variety of games and equipment to suit everybody.

As many of my regular readers will already know, my son, Boo, has special needs and his condition means that he has unlimited energy levels, but a very short concentration span.
I knew that my other children would love the sandpit, but was unsure as to how successful it would be at grabbing Boo's attention.

Due to being winter at the moment, rather than filling the sandpit with sand we filled it with ball pool balls, and it was an instant hit with all of the children.  The colours of the balls combined with being in the garden and able to burn some energy made it perfect for Boo too.  He loves it ....... they all do.
The sandpit is a good size and the children were able to play together easily, and we would happily recommend it to others.

We can't wait for the warmer weather to arrive so that we can fill it with sand and have our own little seaside in the back garden.

There are sandpits of all different shapes and sizes (and prices) on the website, so why not go and take a look  for yourself and see what you can find over at http://www.gardengames.co.uk/acatalog/Sandpits.html
