Well, I can't quite believe it, but it's 21 days since I started Thinking Slimmer.

I'm not really sure where that time has gone and am starting to wonder if someone keeps pressing the fast forward button on my life?

Anyway, 21 days ago I decided to start Thinking Slimmer after hearing nothing but positive things about it on Twitter.

Before starting I weighed myself and measured my inches around my bust, waist, hips and thighs.
A thoroughly depressing task, and something I am not brave enough to share with you yet. Perhaps when I have lost the weight I want to lose I will share a before and after of the measurements with you.

I'm not ashamed to admit that I was rather sceptical about the results I would receive by doing Thinking Slimmer, but after re-measuring myself 21 days later I have to say I am pleasantly surprised.


In total I have lost 7 inches!
2 off of my waist, 3 off of my hips and 2 off of my bust. My thighs have stayed the same, but it's still early days.

As I have a lot of weight to lose (about 5 stone!) I am trying to increase my chances by doing Zumba and Aqua fit classes when I can fit them in. Not always an easy task when you have 5 children and a hubby who spends most of his time at work, but I am determined to do them when I can.

I have tried many other diets and have not been successful, or have put the weight back on, but that's what I love about Thinking Slimmer, it's not a diet! There is no food plan to follow, and it only takes 10 minutes a day which is ideal for me and my busy life.

Here's hoping the next 21 days go just as well!
