Those of you who have read my blog before, or who visit regularly will know who Minnie is, but for those of you who don't then let me explain.

In April 2012 I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl.
She was a few weeks early, and was the smallest of all 5 of my children at birth.
She had skinny little arms and legs, and even though she was a good weight, she just seemed tiny to me.

Couple that with the fact that every item of clothing she possessed was Minnie Mouse related, we decided that her blog name should be Minnie.

Well, time seems to have flown since then.

After suffering with severe Reflux she was started on a special prescription milk to make sure that she was receiving all of the vitamins and nutrients that she needs and this has helped her to put on weight.
Because of this she is no longer 'Minnie', and even at home it seems to have been a natural progression that her nickname has changed.

We didn't even notice that we were doing it at first ...... but for quite a while now, we have been calling her 'Squidge'.

Squidge is now 8 months old and is a much healthier, and heavier, little girl.
She has chubby cheeks, and gorgeous little rolls around the tops of her legs.

Just how a baby should be.

Calling her 'Minnie' just doesn't sound right any more.
She has already outgrown that name.

We have already changed what we call her at home, so we have decided to change it on here as well and will be calling her Squidge from now on.
